You can spin with us (Vancouver edition)

There are two types of people in this world: people who see vacation as a respite from exercise, and people who see vacation as a perfect time to get some workouts in.  I am the latter.  I love trying new fitness studios, and vacation is the perfect time for me to do that!  My sister lives in Vancouver, and she took me to Spin Society the last time I was there.  Below she writes a guest post review of Spin Society.

Spin Society is definitely my favourite spin studio in Vancouver. There are two locations: downtown and North Vancouver. I go to the downtown location which is just on the corner of Drake and Granville street. The instructors are great – my favourite is Spin Society’s head instructor Lucy! She is in amazing shape, has high energy (even at 6:15am) and is always so positive. I leave her classes drenched yet buzzing with happy energy. The classes are 45 minutes long and you ride to the beat, which I find great because it tricks me into working harder. The bikes don’t have monitors on the front (that show RPMs etc.) which I prefer because I tend to enjoy the class more without them. The classes are reasonably priced and there is a wide array of class packages. Be aware that they are strict with arriving to classes late and they are off and on with last minute class cancellations and refunds. If you go to classes before 9am, parking on Drake street is free. I would 10/10 recommend checking Spin Society out while in the Vancouver area!
