Hi!  I'm a family medicine doctor with a focus on preventive and functional medicine.  

I first started Kaleigh's Kitchen at the end of medical school, after realizing how important making nutrition a priority was for my energy and overall wellbeing.  Initially, my passion was to inspire people to cook nutritious meals at home by sharing recipes I enjoy regularly.  During residency, however, I developed a greater appreciation for the many factors that go into a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

They say the kitchen is the heart of the home, and I still believe a nutritious diet is the cornerstone to a healthy lifestyle - so I've kept the name Kaleigh's Kitchen, despite expanding my focus.

I've seen through my practice that many people struggle to find what living a healthy lifestyle means for them.  I've also seen how, by making small changes, people can take control of their health and their lives - mind, body and spirit!
