Sea Salt "Caramel" Smoothie
This smoothie is inspired by one at Alchemy Juice Co. in Dublin and tastes too good to be actually good for you. The dates add sweetness and that caramel factor, almond butter keeps it creamy, and the sea salt makes it really unique. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Calling it “sea salt caramel” may be a bit of a stretch, but its the closest healthy smoothie you’re going to get to everyone’s favourite flavour, so what are you waiting for? Blend away!

Sea Salt "Caramel" Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 3 dates
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond butter
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 handful spinach
- 3 ice cubes
- pinch sea salt (generous)
- pinch of cinnamon or cardamom (small)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients, adjust salt to taste, and enjoy cold!
